WHAT TYPES OF EXERCISE WILL I BE DOING?

The type of training you will be doing with me is completely tailored to you and your fitness goals. Some brides want to drop a dress size before their big day, so we may do more cardio-based training. Other brides simply want to tone-up and develop some muscle definition ahead of their wedding, so we may do more bodyweight exercises.
What we can assure you is that with my approach is quite unlike training by yourself in the gym. My training style is fun, varied and highly motivational. We understand that most brides are stressed and busy in the lead up to their wedding day, so we do all that we can to alleviate the worries you have about how you will be looking and feeling. Every bride should invest time in herself and her body and this is why we really value our bridal clients.

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?

This really depends on the change you are trying to achieve.

If you simply want to lose a bit of weight, tone-up and feel body confident then we would recommend starting a training plan at least 3 months in advance of the big day. We often see brides 2 – 3 times a week and with dedicated 1 hour sessions, and an oversight in what you are eating, we can really help you to achieve some fantastic changes in your diet and lifestyle.

However, having said that, it is not uncommon for us to receive a call from a bride with just 4 weeks to go. If you are prepared to dedicate some time, we will work with you to make sure you are feeling confident when the day finally arrives.

CAN I TRAIN WITH A PARTNER?

YES! We have many couples that train in pairs in preparation of their big day. It is a great way to bond with your partner and destress, and while we are biased, we strongly believe it is far more fun than wedding planning!
Often training with your partner can be a great way to stay motivated during your fitness journey.

WHAT PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE?

Our packages are designed to be flexible, and completely customisable to suit you. We offer blocks of sessions, so you can decide on your personal commitment level and simply renew as often as you like all the way up to your goal (and even beyond!).
