ABOUT ME

Exercise has always been a big part of my life from a very young age. As a young girl, I was very shy and anxious, yet I found great comfort and strength both mentally and physically from training.
I wanted to help other people to be able to do the same thing.
So I decided to chase my dream and become a personal trainer.
From here, I changed many people's lives for the better by helping them achieve their goals and leaving them with the base to stand on their own.
After the birth of my baby girl, Ella, I returned to work with a greater focus on movement, stretching, flexibility and longevity. While the use of weightlifting has its benefits, I prefer the increased core strength, improved flexibility and posture, injury prevention, and reduced stress that I get from Pilates and Yoga.​

Reformer Pilates is a magnificent tool to help train the entire body, achieving weight loss and toning together and I have been teaching popular, regular classes at Babe Studios in Liverpool, Serenity House in Widnes, and 1441 studios in Hunts Cross.

I also love yoga and meditation, I truly believe that so many of our insecurities could be resolved by looking within ourselves and loving ourselves for who we are.
I am offering online yoga classes with a view to getting my own studio soon.
Finally, I am performing Tranquility sound bath and yoga events which will be advertised regularly and you can book onto the events here.
