Prenatal Yoga Overview

Congratulations & Welcome to your Prenatal Yoga course.

Each week We will embark on a journey of the body mind and consciousness.

Each class has a different theme to help you get the most out of your Yoga experience. Every class will be carefully tailored to you and your own individual needs. Please find below the overview

of some of the meditations affirmations and visualisations we will be doing

along with breathe work and a series of pregnancy friendly postures of Course.


Week 1 - Connecting to that deeper sense of self. Grounding yourself & creating feelings of calm to be able to listen to your own intuition.

Positive Affirmations - Focusing on empowering mum to be.


Week 2- Letting go of old limiting beliefs and releasing anxiety.

Positive Affirmations - focusing on a healthy pregnancy

Week 3- Connecting with baby developing the relationship between mum and baby.

Positive Affirmations - Focusing on positive emotions and visualising baby.


(I created this course whilst being pregnant myself so I understand the unique challenges that pregnancy brings along with it )

Week 4- Preparing for labour

Week 5- For deep relaxation physically and mentally

Positive Affirmations - Focusing on feelings of ease peace & tranquility


Week 6- Acceptance and opening your heart ready to receive

Positive Affirmations - Focusing on all elements of pregnancy

Visualising the birth of your child and the beautiful journey that lies ahead
